Celestial Plume is our latest IPA, featuring a blend of Citra, Citra Incognito, El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin. The aroma pops with guava, pineapple and tangy stone fruit, while the body is smooth and rich with flavors of melon, mango and watermelon. We used a base of Pilsner malt, flaked oats and malted wheat in this NEIPA to give it a bright, hazy OJ-like appearance and a fluffy white head.

Neon Stereo is a hazy pale ale brewed with Citra, Strata, Citra Cryo and Simcoe. Fresh notes of peach rings, juicy mangos, pineapples and red berries leap out of the glass. It pours bright neon shades of gold and orange with a pillowy, white head. We chose local 2-row malt from Stone Path Malt to be the heart of this beer, with oat malt, malted wheat and flaked oats lending lots of mouthfeel.

Beach Night is a slightly hazy, single IPA with a light body and clean, refreshing finish. The mild malt bill paired, with a generous amount of dry hops, gives aromas and flavors of stone fruits and citrus (think grapefruit/apricot/orange) balanced by very light bitter notes of grass and pine.
