On the nose, notes of tea leaf, cherry cola and earth tones add richness and depth to the first impression of the wine. We cold ferment this easy-to-love Chardonnay to a lush creaminess and age it in our unique blend of oak. Butter brims with stone fruit and baked-lemon notes and has a lovely, long, vanilla finish. Our delicate La Marca Prosecco has a pale, golden straw color and sparkles with lively effervescence. Opening with aromas of fresh-picked citrus and honeysuckle blossoms, the crisp, clean palate brings fruity notes of green apple, juicy peach and ripe lemon, framed by hints of minerality. Brewed with a 250-year-old traditional technique and Nada's famed natural spring water from Mount Rokko, Hakutsuru Excellent Junmai is a classic and versatile sake. Bota Box RedVolution reveals rich, jammy aromas of black cherry, plum and dark berry. Extending into lush flavors of dark fruit, spice and vanilla, this smooth, full-bodied wine culminates in a juicy, fruit-focused finish. Our RedVolution pairs well with a variety of dishes including grilled lamb, wild mushroom pizza, and penne pasta with fresh tomato sauce.

For our Chianti, we source our grapes from south-facing hillside vineyards outside Vinci and Cerreto Guidi in the western part of the Chianti region. Our Chianti is made with 90% Sangiovese grapes and 10% Merlot grapes. The grapes are gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperatures controlled between 70°F and 80°F. This temperature control allows us to produce a Chianti with balanced tannins and rich fruit aromas and flavors. The wine is then fermented to dry for 8 days. About 15% of the wine is barrel aged for 6 months in new and used American oak barrels to add some complexity to it. DaVinci Chianti is a well-balanced wine of medium weight with jammy flavors of ripe plums, cherries and red fruit. It has a deep crimson color and is a lively wine with a soft mineral finish and round tannins that linger in long, peppery finish. This wine pairs perfectly with all starters, pastas and meat dishes and is best when served slightly below room temperature (64°F).

This wine will make a particularly good accompaniment to less intensely
flavoured meats and poultry – rabbit, turkey or chicken for example – and will of course
go well with cheese.

As is typical for right-bank Bordeaux, we have a bold expression of Merlot on the palate
here, with a mouthfeel that is both fleshy and silky.
