Mr. Lake is a blend of Corvina and Rondinella grapes. This wine has been produced respecting the "Italian quality in sustainable agriculture" and the certification is stated by a bee. This is a fresh red, fruity with spicy notes which can also be served chilled in the summer time.

Cornelius Dwyer Kane (aka Keane) (1839-1891) had been a law clerk and cener from Skibbereen, County Cork, Ireland. Transported aboard the Hougoumont, Kane was conditionally pardoned in 1871, but was forbidden from returning to Ireland, so he never
reunited with his wife and children there. He did, however, settle in Queensland and became a civil servantny.

The Roederer Estate Rosé is full and round with smooth flavors and a fine, persistent mousse. The extra measure of Chardonnay contributes elegance and austerity that balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Pinot Noir.

With a pale yellow color and green lights, the Chablis "La Chanfleure" carries aromas of flowers and almonds. A round mouthfeel with notes of muscat and honeysuckle leads to a fresh and mineral finish.

This Champagne is a blend of some 30 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards, respectively 40% and 60% of the total, from several harvests of perfectly ripened grapes.

Nipozzano 2020 is ruby red of medium intensity, very clear. On the nose, it begins with intense fruity scents of wild berries and cherries, followed by clear floral notes of violet. Fresh and balsamic, it has pleasant spicy undertones of pepper, nutmeg and roasted Arabicacoffee. In the mouth, it is satisfying, harmonious, fresh, fruity and mineral, with a dense and silky tannic texture. With its remarkable taste olfactory correspondence, Nipozzano always dazzles with its extraordinary pleasantness that appeals to the taste buds of a vast and diverse range of consumers. The finish is pleasantly persistent and balanced in its various components.

This Riesling is an outstanding introductory wine into the fabulous world of Mosel Riesling and the Pradikatswein from Dr. Fischer. The wine is extremely aromatic with a great crisp acidity and a long finish.

As with most of their wines, Château Saint-Côme has chosen to vinify using Serine, an old variety of Syrah, on the granite soils of the Malleval valley. The wine was matured for 12 months in both new and used containers. It is very ripe in character and has an aromatic bouquet marked by notes of rose, peony, liquorice and tobacco.

The grapes for our highly rated Terlato Vineyards Pinot Grigio are grown in the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC region of Italy. Nestled in the foothills of the Austrian and Slovenian Alps, the appellation creates a growing region ideal for these two varietals. The hillside Estate vineyards are expertly planted, pruned, handpicked and vinified to create full-bodied wines with expressive fruit and a distinctive mineral character. The Estate vineyards unique soil and proximity to the Alps and Adriatic Sea moderates temperatures and extends the growing season. The result is complex and expressive fruit and mineral character with a perfectly balanced structure. Taste is the difference.

A beautiful golden hue anticipates bright tropical notes on the nose. This wine shows riper warm-climate qualities that are harmoniously balanced with the brisk acidity and lemon zest notes of the cool-climate fruit. The entry is clean and fresh, gaining midpalate weight with layered tropical and honeydew flavors, all finishing with a crisp flourish. A wine that begs for another sip.

Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of black fruits, namely blackberries, plums and ripe black cherries over more subtle notes of cocoa, licorice and sweet spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth, with silky tannins and bracing acidity, showing structural balance long into the finish.

Pair this wine with prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, spice rubbed chicken, or lasagna Bolognese with béchamel sauce. 

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with heady aromas of black raspberry, cherry, sage and tobacco leaf. A juicy, mouth filling texture reveals seamless layers of currant, cherry, blueberry, dark plum and black olive with trailing hints of mocha, mineral and eucalyptus. Suggestions of vanilla bean join soft tannins on a smooth, rounded finish.

The Cantine dell'Angelo company extends over 5 hectares, processing only Greco grapes planted in 2 plots.
A vineyard located right above a part of the ancient sulfur mines in which up to 900 people worked in the 
19th century. The area of ​​the family vineyards is called Campanaro, the one that gave its name to the famous 
white wine of Feudi.

Soils rich in minerals and sulphurous emanations give its wines particular organoleptic characteristics. 
The Angelo company has chosen to work with a low environmental impact, in full respect of nature and the 
healthiness of the soil: weeding is not practiced. All activities in the vineyard are performed manually. 
The grapes undergo soft pressing and fermentation on indigenous yeasts at low temperature, so as to preserve 
the integrity of the aromas. Without clarification, it is left to mature naturally in steel containers.

This Sonoma Brut sparkling wine is dominated by Pinot Noir, a stylistic decision enabling the complex aromatic and palate profile that this red-skinned grape contributes to brut cuvées. Delicate pear and floral notes are backed by toasty almond. On the palate, lively citrus, toast and apple flavors are overlaid with persistent effervescence, a creamy mid-palate and a toasty finish.

Stella Rosa Moscato is a semi-sweet wine from the Piedmont region of Italy. It is sweet, but not overly sweet and it has just the right amount of bubbles. It is great as an aperitif or to be served with small meals. It also has a refreshing taste with a clean finish. Not only is it good as a wedding gift or party favor, it pairs well with a lot of foods.

Z. Alexander Brown Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds with rich aromas of black cherry, mocha and sweet toasted oak notes. Soft, mid-palate tannins frame this full-bodied, juicy wine with mouth-filling flavors of black cherry and milk chocolate. Buon Padre is a garnet red color. Aromas of spices, undergrowth, game, dried fruit, and leather. 

Pairs well with game, red meats, cheeses and cured meats.

A rich, flavorful Barolo with plum and chocolate character. Hazelnuts and meat, too. It’s full-bodied and layered with a wonderful combination of ripe fruit and ripe tannins. Yet, it remains tight, focused and fresh. Give this some time to show its full potential.
