Red Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has matured for over 15 years in a combination of American Bourbon casks, Spanish sherry butts and Sicilian Marsala wine casks, all contributing in rich and complex flavours, making it the top spot in the range.

Nose

Pot Still spices with rich cooked fruit, baked apple, mango and black cherry. Hazelnut and a touch of new leather fuse with toasted American Oak.

Taste

A mix of ripe fruit sweetness from the Marsala seasoned wine casks. While the fruit remains, sweet red pepper and cracked black pepper add some spiciness, finished by notes of American Oak and barley.

Meursault Premier Cru Les Perrières AOC by Pierre Morey represents the very essence of Burgundian finesse, coming from the prized east-facing Perrières slopes where limestone and gravel-rich soils lend an unmistakable minerality to the Chardonnay grape. For over three generations, the Morey family has championed precision viticulture, farming each parcel with exacting attention to ripeness, canopy management and soil health. These meticulously cared-for vines are harvested entirely by hand at optimal phenolic maturity, then transported gently to the winery for whole-cluster pressing in a pneumatic press. The juice is fermented solely with wild yeasts, in a combination of neutral French oak barrels and stainless-steel demi-muids, without temperature control interventions, allowing the terroir’s signature minerality to shine through. Aging for 12–14 months on fine lees—with only minimal bâtonnage to enhance texture—imparts seamless integration of oak while preserving the wine’s crystalline purity.

In the glass, Les Perrières displays a luminous pale gold color that catches the light and hints at the complexity within. The nose unfurls with an intoxicating bouquet of lemon blossom, white peach and delicate acacia flower, underscored by notes of toasted hazelnut, crème fraîche and wet stone minerality that speak unmistakably of the Coldstream’s Kimmeridgian soils. As the wine opens, subtle hints of almond frangipane and a whisper of beeswax emerge, the hallmarks of the estate’s gentle élevage. On the palate, a rich, creamy mid-palate texture gives way to laser-sharp citrus zest—think yuzu and preserved lemon—counterbalanced by crisp green apple and a fine saline backbone. This tension between richness and precision carries through to a long, mineral-driven finish where echoes of chalk, crushed oyster shell and a faint whisper of white pepper linger on the tongue.

Best served at 11 °C in a generous white Burgundy glass to capture its aromatic lift, Meursault Les Perrières elevates any culinary moment. Pair it with perfectly seared scallops in brown-butter sauce, lobster bisque enriched with crème fraîche, truffle-infused risotto or aged Comté for a sublime harmony of flavors. Our 2020 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby in color with notes of blackberry, blueberry, roasted coffee beans, coriander and a hint of nutmeg. Smooth upon entry, this wine is broad and plush on the mid-palate. It has an elegant density throughout and a long, generous finish. Given proper cellaring conditions, this wine will show beautifully through 2041.

The 2022 Quintessa is a charming wine, opening with intense aromas of black cherry and cassis that are complemented by notes of tobacco, bay laurel, cedar, and dark chocolate. Plush and inviting on entry, this wine’s flavors align with its aromas. The palate reveals dark fruits and an undertone of crushed rocks, tar, and graphite. On the finish, this vintage displays the signature fine-grained tannin of their Quintessa terroir, backed by voluminous texture and fruit.

Each year our Master Blender, Rachel Barrie, personally selects a handful of individual casks from the warehouses at the GlenDronach Distillery to be released as a Cask bottling. With Maturing whiskies dating back as far as 1968, there is an exquisite selection of barrels, hogsheads, puncheons and butts to choose from.
Eash Cask displays truly remarkable characteristics, the single Malt Scotch Whisky contained within having developed exceptionally during the long maturation process. The Glendronach's rich colour is imparted from the wood of the cask alone, deepening with time.
Individually numbered by hand, each Cask Bottling is an exclusive one-off, bottled from a single cask; only a limited number of bottles are made available. These expressions are a superb representation of the style of whiskies for which The GlenDronach has become renowned: smooth, Rich and Tremendously complex. 

In 1897, the Bottled-in-Bond Act revolutionized the quality of American whiskey. Carrying on that tradition, this well-aged bourbon comes from only barrels filled during the same distilling season and is bottled at exactly 100 proof for a bold taste and lingering finish—a testament to the Bottled-in-Bond Act established over a century ago.

TASTING NOTES

True to its heritage, the unmistakable spice of 1792 Bourbon is met with notes of charred oak and fresh mint. Subtle caramel apple tones are delicately balanced with the lingering essence of coffee and black pepper.

An ultra-premium anejo Tequila. Its intense amber color and layered aromas are a result of an extended period of aging. Its distinctive decanter, molded and decorated by Mazahua natives, a group of local indigenous artisans, represents the evolution of Tequila from the earth.

Since its founding in 1765, Hennessy has been guided by a passion to craft the world’s finest Cognacs - our drive to Never Stop. Never Settle. Hennessy Cognac is crafted with a strict set of standards defined by the Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde and handed down from generation to generation. However, when it comes to enjoying Cognac, we haven’t followed any rules since 1765. Created in 1870 by Maurice Hennessy for his circle of close friends, Hennessy X.O was the first “Extra Old” Cognac ever invented and established the category. In 1947, Gérald de Geoffre designed the first Hennessy X.O decanter, whose distinctive form is still familiar to us today. Its silhouette is a tribute to the pyramid-like forms of the grape bunches that give birth to the Cognac eaux-de-vie. Hennessy X.O's intense and deep amber color is a sign of its strength. Its flavors of candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy nose create a complete harmony: a mark of its power and roundness. To taste, a smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm, fruity presence. The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long ageing process.
